Take every 6 hours; not more than 4 doses in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 2 teaspoons. Children 2 to under 6 years of age: 1 teaspoon. Children under 2 years of age: ask a doctor. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 C (68-77 F).

Active Ingredients (in Each 5 ml, 1 Teaspoon): Acetaminophen, USP (160 mg), Pseudoephedrine HCL, USP (15 mg) and Dextromethorphan HBr, USP (7.5 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Benzoic Acid, D&C Red 33, Dibasic Sodium Phosphate, Edetate Disodium, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40, Flavors, Glycerin, Polyethylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sucrose, Tartaric Acid. Each Teaspoon Contains: Sodium (11 mg).

Ask a doctor before use if the child has: heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus), chronic cough that lasts or a breathing problem such as asthma or chronic bronchitis. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child is taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product do not use more than directed. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs; symptoms do not improve for 5 days (pain) or 3 days (fever); cough persists for more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or persistent headache; sore throat persists for more than 2 days, or occurs with headache, fever, rash, nausea, or vomiting. These could be signs of a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away. Prompt medical attention is critical even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
