Domestic Shipping Policy

We’re all about flat rate shipping. That means that you’ll pay just $7.95 for domestic orders under $75 – no matter how many items you purchase. For orders of $75+, shipping is free. (Please note there are certain items that may be exempt from free domestic shipping due to their size and weight. If this is the case, our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible.)

Most domestic orders with ground shipping arrive between 2-3 business days. We also provide guaranteed next day and 2-day delivery (business days and does not include weekends) for an additional fee (when the purchased items are in-stock, we just go ahead and expedite these orders). PLEASE NOTE: Even if you choose expedited shipping, we will still need 24-48 hours to process the order.

Our average processing time is between 24-48 hours after you place the order, but some orders may take a bit longer depending on the item.

International Shipping Policy

We love our international customers, which is why we offer the fastest shipping at the fairest prices to countries around the globe. Here are our two available international shipping options:


  1. International Economy (uninsured)

    Our international economy shipping functions like a parcel service. Orders are not track-able or insured, and they typically take between 3 weeks and, in some cases, up to 12 weeks (depending on your country) to arrive after being processed. The cost starts at $20 per order for the first 2 lbs. After the 2 lb. limited is reached, there is an additional charge of $10 per additional lb. 

  2. International Express (insured)

    When you choose international express shipping, your order is insured up to $100 and guaranteed to arrive within 4-5 business days by UPS or Fedex unless there are custom issues or events beyond carrier control. The rate is automatically calculated based on your address and will always be about 70% less than regular published UPS and FedEx rates.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for knowing which items on can be legally imported into your designated country. Any order that is shipped to a country outside of the United States of America may be subject to import taxes and custom fees levied by that country. The recipient of that order must pay any fees incurred for international shipments. Medshop Express has no control over any charges made by any country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for any and all information regarding your country’s import policy. In case of customs refusal and shipment return, customer is responsible for shipping charges by UPS or Fedex to and from your country.  It is possible that the products refused by  customs are destroyed and not returned by the carrier. In such cases, customer is responsible for the entire value of the order plus any fees associated with the destruction of the items by customs. By purchasing, you are agreeing that your credit card could be charged for such additional fees. 

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy here at Medshop Express. For individual customers, this means that purchased items are refundable within 30 days after receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department, not including the cost of shipping.

All returned items should be in an original, unopened and unused condition. Unfortunately, used items and opened products cannot be returned due to safety reasons as well as governmental regulations. Additionally, final sale items and those ineligible for return are clearly notated.

Bulk and wholesale orders may not be refundable, unless mutually agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

If returned by customs, international orders may not be refundable because customs may open the items. In this event, we’re unable to guarantee the integrity of our product and cannot issue a refund.

International UPS or FedEx Return Chargeback Policy


  1. The customer is responsible for local taxes. In event that a local tax or customs’ fee is not paid, FedEx or UPS will charge our account and we will bill your credit card on file as a courtesy.

  2. The customer is responsible for making sure that the products they order pass local customs. Please do not purchase items that you unsure will pass customs. If a product is returned by customs, FedEx or UPS will bill the account for customs and return shipping fees.  Your credit card on file will be charged accordingly for customs charges and shipping charges to and from your country. The return shipping charge carriers bill are often more than the initial shipping charge.  

  3. International shipping charges are estimates. By purchasing from Medshop Express, you agree that your credit card can be billed based on actual shipping charges when the product arrives in your country. In such cases of cost discrepancy, you may have an additional charge on your credit card. However, the ultimate charge is still discounted approximately 70% from regular shipping charges.
