If used to clean ears, stroke, swab gently around the outer surface of the ear, without entering the ear canal. Refill Directions: 1. Remove empty refill container from vanity box and discard. 2. To open refill: Press in at tab. Lift and tear along perforation. Cover should be completely removed when used with the Q-Tips vanity box. 3. To remove refill front panel. Pull tab gently to slide panel out. 4. Insert refill pack inside vanity box lining up bottom fittings correctly to ensure proper fit.
