Easy to apply: 1. Center lumbar pad inside brace. 2. Release outer elastic straps. 3. Wrap main elastic band around waist. 4. Fasten outer straps, right over left. For sizing: Measure around waist. One size: 28 - 50 in (71 - 127 cm). Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not use bleach. Line dry, air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
