PURPOSE: Back Brace
Easy to apply: 1. Place lumbar pad on center of fabric inside of brace. 2. Release outer elastic straps from main elastic band. 3. Wrap main elastic band around back and fasten in front. 4. Fasten outer left elastic strap around waist to main elastic band. 5. Secure outer right elastic strap around waist with blue hook and loop on strap fastening to main elastic band. 6. Adjust as needed. For sizing: Measure around waist. One size: 28 - 50 in (71 - 127 cm). Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
