Stir 1 packet of Benefiber into at least 4 oz of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Use 8 oz if using 2 packets. Stir until dissolved. 12 Years to Adult: 1-2 packets up to 3 times daily (not to exceed 5 packets per day). 7 to 11 Years: 1/2-1 packets up to 3 times daily (not to exceed 2.5 packets per day). Under 6 Years: Ask a doctor. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from moisture.
