Adults and Children 3 Years of Age and Older (with adult supervision): Open tube (also see illustrations on side of carton and insert) with thumb and index finger, firmly pinch dotted line at neck of tube. With other hand, gently bend base of handle back and forth until seal if broken. Pull out swab. Apply medication just inside of first nostril. During application press lightly on outside of nostril for about 5 seconds. Do not insert swab more than 1/4 inch past nasal opening. Re-dip swab in tube and apply medication to second nostril. Discard after use. Wait at least 30 seconds before blowing nose again. Use one tube every 4 hours. For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms subside. Children Under 3 Years of Age: Consult a doctor before use. Store at room temperature 15 to 29 degrees C (59 to 84 degrees F).
