Adults and Children 3 Years of Age and Older (with Adult Supervision): Separate one swab from the other. Before opening: Turn swab upside down so medication saturates swab head. Return right side up and squeeze at blue dot to move medication away from dotted tear line. To Open: Fold so arrow heads meet; then tear across dotted line. Slide plastic sleeve halfway down swab handle to expose swab tip. Apply medication just inside of each nostril. During application, press lightly on the outside of nostril for about five seconds. Do not insert swab more than 1/4 inch past nasal opening. Discard swab after use. Wait at least 30 seconds before blowing nose. Use one swab every 4 hours. For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms subside. Children Under Three Years of Age: Consult a doctor before use.
