The active ingredients in Vicks VapoRub work naturally through the inhalation of medicated Vicks vapors to relieve nasal congestion and coughing due to colds. Vicks VapoRub also relieves minor muscle aches and pains.

Temporarily relieves on chest & throat: cough, nasal congestion due to the common cold. Temporarily relieves on aching muscles, minor aches & pains.
Under 2 yrs: Ask a doctor. Adults and Children 2 yrs. & Older: Rub a thick layer on chest & throat or rub on sore aching muscles. If desired, cover with a dry soft cloth but keep clothing loose. Repeat up to three times daily. Store at room temperature.
Active Ingredients: Camphor (4.8%), Eucalyptus Oil (1.2%), Menthol (2.6%). Inactive Ingredients: Cedarleaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Special Petrolatum, Thymol, Turpentine Oil.
For external use only; avoid contact with eyes. Do not use near open flame, in a microwave oven, on wounds or damaged skin, by adding to water, with tight bandages, by mouth, in nostrils, in container in which water is being heated, except when adding to cold water in only a hot stream vaporizer. If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Improper use may cause the mixture to splatter and cause burns. Failure to follow these warning could result in serious consequences.
