TITLE: Tylenol Simply Cough, Ages 2-11 Years, Cherry Berry - 4oz

Contains Dextromethorphan HBr. Relieves coughing. Contains no fever reducer or pain

Find right dose on chart below. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise use age. Only use with enclosed measuring cup. If needed, repeat dose every 4 hours. Do not use more than 4 times in 24 hours. Under 24 lbs, Under 2 Years: Call a doctor. 24-47 lbs, 2-5 Years: 1 tsp. 48-95 lbs, 6-11 Years: 2 tsp. Store at room temperature.

Active Ingredients (in each 5 ml): Dextromethorphan HBr (5 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, Corn Syrup, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor, Glycerin, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate, Sucralose.

Do not use in a child who is taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your child's prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before giving this product. Ask a doctor before use if the child has cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus); chronic cough that lasts or occurs with asthma. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough gets worse or lasts for more than 5 days, comes back or occurs with fever, rash or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Do not use if carton is opened, or if neck wrap or foil inner seal imprinted with Safety Seal is broken or missing.
