Tagamet HB 200 Acid Reducer, Tablets - 50ea

Take 1 tablet with water. For prevention of symptoms brought on by consuming food and beverages, take 1 tablet with water 30 minutes before eating a meal you expect to cause symptoms. Can be used up to twice daily (up to 2 tablets in 24 hours). This product should not be given to children under 12 years old unless directed by a doctor.

Active Ingredients: Cimetidine (200 mg per tablet). Inactive Ingredients: Cellulose, Corn Starch, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Polyethylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, Povidone, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Titanium Dioxide.

Consult your doctor if you are taking theophylline (oral asthma medicine), warfarin (blood thinning medicine), or phenytoin (seizure medicine) before taking Tagamet HB 200. Do not take the maximum daily dosage for more than 2 weeks continuously except under the advice and supervision of a doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. If you have trouble swallowing, or persistent abdominal pain, see your doctor promptly. You may have a serious condition that may need a different treatment.
