1. Clean dentures thoroughly, using an effective cleanser. Try Polident or Dentu-Creme denture cleansers for best results. 2. Apply Original PoliGrip to clean dentures. Squeeze tube from the bottom up. Keep cap and nozzle dry so that opening does not clog. 3. Apply Super PoliGrip Regular to dentures in strips, not too close to denture edges. Adjust length of strip to individual needs. 4. Press dentures in place and hold firmly for a few moments. Extra holding power hint: Rinse mouth before inserting dentures. Super PoliGrip Regular reacts with moisture to form a tight seal to provide firm hold.
