Red Yeast Rice can be a healthy addition to your diet. Two capsules contain 1,200 milligrams of Red Yeast Rice Powder from the botanical Monascus purpureus. No artificial color, flavor or sweetener; no preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, fish. Sodium free.
For adults, take two (2) capsules once or twice daily, with food. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.
