Also, liquids are absorbed by the body faster because they do not have to be broken down by the digestive system. Calibrated dropper inside. Shake well before use. For adults, take one (1) dropperful (1 mL) daily, preferably with a meal. Can be mixed in your favorite beverage, or consumed directly from the dropper. See chart for smaller dosage recommendations. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Dosage recommendations: 400 IU vitamin D: 4 drops; 2000 IU vitamin D: 20 drops; 5000 IU vitamin D: 1 dropper (1 mL). Store unopened container in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.
