Children over 5 years of age and adults: Chew or suck one tablet 30 minutes before bedtime and repeat at bedtime. When continuous improvement is noticed, you may start using every other night until no longer needed. In some cases regular use might be more effective. For maximum results, use in conjunction with SnoreStop NasoSpray. Please discard 6 months after first use.
