Adults and children 12 years of age and older: vigorously swish 20 milliliters of rinse (5 pumps each of Solution 1 and Solution 2) between your teeth twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Children 6 years to under 12 years of age: supervise use. Children under 6 years of age: do not use. This rinse is not intended to replace brushing or flossing. Solutions 1 and 2 should be mixed together immediately before each rinse. Insert pumps. Turn clockwise. Tighten firmly. Open spouts. Turn counterclockwise. Pump each solution 4 times (equal parts). Immediately and vigorously rinse for 30 seconds, gargle and spit. With regular twice daily rinsing you should experience maximum breath freshening effectiveness within 1-2 weeks. Re-rinsing is recommended after eating foods containing onion or garlic. The bottles must remain upright or the pumps may leak, which may cause discoloration of certain fabrics. Although product is completely safe, do not swallow. Store at room temperature.

Stop use and ask a dentist if: gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks; you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between the teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.
