For the relief of coughing, itchy nose, throat and eyes, runny nose, and watery eyes.
Adult Dose (and children 12 years and over): 2 teaspoonfuls every 6-8 hours, not to exceed 8 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours. Child Dose: 1/2 teaspoonful every 4 hours, or 1 teaspoonful every 6-8 hours, not to exceed 4 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours. Children Under 6 years old: There is no recommended dosage except under the advice and supervision of a doctor.
Active Ingredients (Per 10 ml): Dextromethorphan HBr USP (30 mg), Chlorpheniramine Maleate USP (4 mg). Inactive Ingredients: (All USP) Purified Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Clear Cherry-Strawberry Flavor, Citric Acid, Potassium Benzoate, Hydroxymethylcellulose, Menthol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
If cough persists for more than one week, tends to recur or is accompanied by high fever, rash, or persistent headache, consult a doctor. Avoid alcoholic beverages, driving a motor vehicle or operating heavy machinery while taking this product. May cause drowsiness. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
