Use the chart below to compare these absorbencies to other brands. The risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) increases with higher absorbency. You should use the minimum absorbency that meets your needs in order to reduce your risk of TSS. Regular: 6-9 grams, Super 9-12 grams.
