Shake well before using. Laxative Dosage Cup, for adults only, should be washed before and after use. Do not take with meals. For Constipation Relief: Adults and children 12 years and over: 2-4 tablespoonsful at bedtime or upon arising, followed by a full glass (8 oz.) of liquid.** Children 6 to 11 years: DO NOT USE DOSAGE CUP: 1 teaspoonful to 1 tablespoonful at bedtime or upon arising, followed by a full glass (8 oz.) of liquid.** Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor. **As bowel function improves, reduce dose gradually.

Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or kidney disease are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for over 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week, unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not administer to children under 6 years of age, to pregnant women, to bedridden patients or to persons with difficulty in swallowing. Do not take with meals. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. As with any drug, if you are nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. DRUG INTERACTION PRECAUTION: Do not take this product if you are presently taking a stool softener laxative unless directed by a doctor.
