Adults and children 12 years and over: To relieve symptoms, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water. To prevent symptoms, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water at any time from 15 to 60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages that cause heartburn. Do not use more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.
Active Ingredients: Famotidine 10 mg Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame; Cellulose Acetate; Flavors; Hydroxypropyl Cellulose; Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose; Lactose; Magnesium Stearate; Mannitol; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Red Ferric Oxide.
Do not take the maximum daily dosage (2 chewable tablets) for more than 2 weeks continuously except under the advice and supervision of a doctor. Do not use with other acid reducers. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. If you have trouble swallowing, or persistent abdominal pain, see your doctor promptly. You may have a serious condition that may need different treatment. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
