TITLE: PediaCare Long-Acting Cough Plus Cold, Grape Flavor Liquid - 4oz

Cough Suppressant, Nasal Decongestant. Non-drowsy. Alcohol free. Relieves stuffy noses, coughs up to 8 hours. Pediatrician recommended brand

Find the right dose on the chart below. If needed, repeat dose every 6-8 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. An AccuDose measuring cup is enclosed for your convenience. Children 6 to 11 Years: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml). Children 2 to 5 Years: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml). Children Under 2 Years: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature 20 to 25 degrees C (68 to 77 degrees F). Protect from light/Store in carton until use.

Active Ingredients (in each 5 ml): Dextromethorphan HBr (7.5 mg), Pseudoephedrine HCI (15 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, Corn Syrup, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavors, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sorbitol.

Ask a doctor before use if the child has a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, high blood pressure. When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur; cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition; symptoms do not improve within 7 days, or are accompanied by fever. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Do not use if carton is opened, or if imprinted plastic bottle wrap or imprinted foil inner seal is broken or missing.
