This product includes a complete multivitamin tablet with at least 100% of the recommended Daily Value for vital nutrients such as folic acid and iron. Also includes a liquid gel with DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid that helps support healthy fetal brain and eye development during pregnancy* and is also recommended by experts for breastfeeding mothers. Folic acid - Adequate folate in healthful diets may reduce a woman's risk of having a child with brain or spinal cord birth defect. Adults: One tablet and one liquid gel daily, with food. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat. Replace cap after use.

Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
