Adults: 1 or 2 tablets twice daily. Pediatric patients age 6 and older - 1 or 2 tablets. Store at controlled room temperature 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
Active Ingredient (in each Tablet): Iron (Elemental) (50 mg), Polysaccharide-Iron Complex as Cell-Contracted Akageneite. Inactive Ingredients: Castor Oil, FD&C Blue No. 1 (Aluminum Lake), FD&C Red No. 40 (Aluminum Lake), FD&C Yellow No. 6 (Aluminum Lake), Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Pharmaceutical Glaze, Polyethylene Glycol, Povidone, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Titanium Dioxide.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. This product supplied in tamper-evident blisters. Do not use if outer foil is torn or missing.
