As a dietary supplement for adults and children over ten years old, take one lozenge and allow to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Repeat as needed up to six lozenges per day. You will notice a tingling sensation in the mouth: this is due to the Echinacea extract. Store in a cool dry place, out of reach of children.
