As a dietary supplement, adults, refrain from eating three (3) hours before bedtime. Then, at bedtime take one tablespoonful (1/2 oz) of Metabolife Evening Formula with 8 oz of water. We also suggest that you drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and take a quality multi-vitamin. Avoid late night snacks! Refrigerate after opening.
