For Stiff Neck, Back, and Shoulder Pain: Open pouch to activate warming pad. Remove protective film. Apply pad, adhesive side towards skin, directly to area of discomfort. For best contact with skin, apply to dry, flat area, free of moisture, oils or lotions. Pad will not re-stick once removed. Storage and Handling: Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Store in a dry place.
Heat-Generating Materials: Activated Carbon, Iron Powder, Sodium Chloride, Water.
This product may cause skin irritation and low temperature burns. Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs, or if pad gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets. For external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. If contents come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Product is air-activated. Do not open until ready to use. Do not use if you are diabetic. Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition, or are pregnant; on face or mucous membranes; on wounds or broken skin; on areas of bruising or swelling; on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt; on infants or children. Use careful supervision on people unable to remove the product on their own, such as elderly, physically handicapped or disabled; while sleeping; with topical medications; with electric heating devices or other heat sources. When using this product do not use if product is punctured or torn; do not cut, massage, or fold the pad; do not bandage or apply increased pressure against pad; do not microwave or attempt to reheat product.
