Each caplet contains 600 mg of green tea with EGCG, the well-known natural antioxidant, along with other herbal extracts to help curb your appetite, help stimulate your metabolism and help burn fat*. MEGA-T consists of the following ingredients: Green tea: Helps curb appetite and stimulatet metabolism*. Chromium: Helps reduce body fat*. PURPOSE: Dietary Supplement
Take one MEGA-T caplet twice a day, one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon, with a full glass of water. Follow a proper weight loss diet and exercise plan. Per Caplet: Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 100 mg; Chromium (as Chromium Dinicotinate Glycinate) 250 mcg; Green Tea Leaf Standardized Extract 600 m (Provides 90 mg EGCG and 50 mg Naturally-Occurring Caffeine); Proprietary Blend 175 mg (Eleuthero Root Standardized Extract; Fo Ti Root; Garcinia Fruit Standardized Extract; Guarana Seed Standardized Extract; Bladderwrack Kelp; Gotu Kola [Whole Plant]); Microcrystalline Cellulose; Croscarmellose Sodium; Stearic Acid; Silica; Magnesium Stearate; Hypromellose; Hydroxypropyl Cellulose; Polyethylene Glycol
For adults only (18 years and older). Do not take more than 2 caplets daily (taking more will not help you lose weight faster). Do not use if pregnant or breast feeding, taking prescription medicines, have a liver disorder, are sensitive to caffeine (this product contains a total of 50 mg of caffeine per caplet) or suffering from any medical disease or conditions.
