To remove cap, turn counterclockwise. Fill bag with cold water, crushed ice or ice cubes until three quarters full. Release excess air from bottle. Secure cap on bag by turning clockwise. To test for leakage, turn bottle upside down and press on it firmly. Efficient cold temperature transfer may cause condensation to form on outside of bag in humid environments. Wrapping a towel around bag will absorb the excess moisture. For sensitive body surfaces, wrap a soft cloth around the bottle before applying. PRODUCT CARE: Before each use, examine components carefully. If product shows wear, it should not be used. After each use, drain bag and allow bag to air dry completely. The cap may be replaced once bag is dry.

Use only plain water or ice. Contact with oil or other substances will damage product. Pour cold water over ice cubes to remove any sharp edges before filling bag. Do not attempt to crush ice inside bag. Do not force ice cubes through bag opening. Do not fold, sit or rest on bottle during use. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat will harm product. Do not place heavy objects on product and avoid contact with sharp objects. Do not use boiling water or extremely hot tap water. Tap water can reach temperatures that will cause burns. This product contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
