Shake well before using. 2 to 4 teaspoonfuls four times a day or as directed by a physician. Keep tightly closed. Keep from freezing. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 C (68-77 F).
Active Ingredients (in Each 5 ml = 1 Teaspoonful): Aluminum Hydroxide (400 mg), Magnesium Hydroxide (400 mg), Simethicone (40 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Butylparaben, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Flavors, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Potassium Citrate, Propylparaben, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sorbitol.

When using this product: do not take more than 2 teaspoonfuls in a 24-hour period or use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks except under the advice and supervision of a physician.
