ARTIFICIAL TEARS eye ointment soothes irritation and discomfort that occurs with dry eyes. The temporary relief helps the eyes stay moist. The ointment can be used in place of artificial tears eye drops when longer-lasting relief is needed, such as at bedtime.
Pull down the lower lid of the affected eyes. Apply a small amount of ointment to the inside of the eyelid. Apply one or more times daily or as directed by a doctor.
Mineral oil 15%; White Petrolatum 83%; Lanolin Oil;
when using this product, replace cap after use. Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination. Stop and ask doctor if: Condition worsens of persists for more than 72 hours; You experience pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye. Keep out of reach of children.
