For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours. Gentle overnight relief. Sennosides and fiber. Stool softener. Gluten free.

Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. Follow dosage below or use as directed by a doctor. Adults and children 12 years and over: 2-4 capsules, 1-2 times per day. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature.

Choking: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Ask a doctor before use if you have: abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting; a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over 2 weeks. Stop use and ask a doctor if: you fail to have a bowel movement or have rectal bleeding. These could be signs of a serious condition; you need to use a laxative for more than 1 week. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
