Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Apply to affected area; change 1 to 2 times daily. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Clean and dry affected area, cut open pouch and remove pad, cut pad to size if necessary, remove protective film while applying pad directly to the site of pain. Store at room temperature. Protect from light and heat. Reseal pouch after use.

Active Ingredient: Menthol (5%). Inactive Ingredients: Water, Glycerine, Polyacrylate, Sorbitol, Kaolin, Alcohol, Carboxymethylcellulose, Caster Oil, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Polyacrylate, Citric Acid, Eucalyptus Oil, Chondroitin, Glucosamine.

For external use only. When using this product do not use in or near the eyes or mucous membranes; if product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water; do not apply to wounds or damaged skin; do not use with electric heating pads; wash hands after touching pads. Stop and ask a doctor if symptoms last more than 7 or clear up and occur again within a few days; condition worsens; a rash or irritation develops. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
