Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains. IODEX with methyl salicylate will relieve local congestion moderating the symptoms: local aches and pains, soreness and stiffness of muscles. IODEX is also useful in giving relief to ordinary muscle strains and sprains.
PURPOSE: Topical Anesthetic, Topical Analgesic
Adults and children 12 years and over: Apply product and rub until color disappears. If area is too tender, apply freely and cover with a light loose bandage. For younger children: Consult your physician. Store in a cool place.
Iodine 4.7%; Methyl Salicylate 4.8%
Oleic Acid; Paraffin; Petrolatum;
For external use only. Do not use otherwise than directed. When using this product: do not get into eyes or mucus membranes; do not apply to large areas of the body; do not use tight or heavy air-excluding bandage. Stop use and ask a doctor if: redness is present; excessive irritation of the skin develops; pain persists more than 7 days; in conditions affecting children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children to avoid accidental poisoning. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
