Adults, take 1 caplet daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with a meal
Niacin 500 mg; Gelatin; pharmaceutucal glaze, sugar, corn starch, talc, titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue #1.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS: Temporary flushing, itching, rash or gastric disturbances may occur. If these persist, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not take more than 500 mg of niacin per day except under supervision of a physician. Improper use may cause liver damage.
