To Wear: To be sure that metal splint will not slip during wear, tuck splint into bottom fold of vinyl pocket. Lay brace on a flat surface with sizing information face up; place injured hand on brace, palm down, with thumb extending out of curved notch just below comfort pad strap. Using free hand, fold un-tabbed side of brace over wrist. Snugly fasten the tabs, beginning with the tab closest to elbow and fastening the comfort pad strap last. Bottom corners should line up evenly. Brace is properly positioned when upper end extends just to the crease in the palm. Remove metal splint and close Velcro brand hook and loop fastener prior to washing. Wash using cold water, gentle cycle and a mild soap; wrap in towel to remove excess moisture (do not wring); air dry away from heat and sunlight. Do not dry clean or tumble dry. Do not use bleach. Do not use fabric softeners. Measure around the wrist at smallest point. Sizes are the same for both males or females. If you cannot find your size, please ask for assistance.
