COLD THERAPY: Apply cold therapy to reduce swelling due to sprains, strains, or contusions. HOT THERAPY: Apply heat to help reduce pain and promote healing once swelling has subsided. It is often recommended for relief from cramps, muscle aches, tension, or stiffness. Apply Hot/Cold Pack for a maximum of 20 minutes. TO WEAR: For Cold Therapy: Place pack in freezer for two hours prior to use. For Heat Therapy: Place in microwave oven for 60 seconds, or heat in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Not for use by persons with circulatory problems, or infections near the site of application, unless otherwise directed by a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply gel pack directly to skin, as it may cause burns or frostbite.
