Open the walker legs until the locking mechanism snaps into place. Be sure that legs are firmly locket into position before using. To refold gently depress the red release buttons, one at a time, to discharge the locking mechanisms. The walker legs will now close easily to storage or travel. To Adjust Height: Stand erect as possible on a firm flat surface and adjust your walker to a height that puts the handgrips just below the waist; your arms should reach comfortably to the handgrips with a slight bend in the elbow. Depress the spring-lock button on the leg extensions and slide extension to desired adjustment hole. Allow button to snap firmly into place into the hole at adjustment height. Start with both feet together, hands on the handgrips, elbows bend at the 30 degree angle. Lift and push walker straight forward and plant it firmly on all four legs. Step into walker first with one foot (with injured leg if there is one) and then the other.

Use this walker only as prescribed and with instructions as to proper walking pattern. Be sure your walker is locked fully open before using and that all adjustable legs are evenly placed and firmly locked. Do not use walker on stairs unless all four legs fit securely on a flat surface at the same time. Be sure the rubber tips are firmly in pace and in good condition. Not recommended for person over 250 lbs.
