Consult instructions for use. Store between 35-86 degrees F (2-30 degrees C). Shake vial before using. Apply one drop of the control solution to the test strip. Discard three months after opening. Write discard date on vial label.
Reagent Composition: .05% D-Glucose (Low Control Solution) and 99.95% Other Ingredients. .3% D-Glucose (High Control Solution) and 99.70% Other Ingredients
