1. Cleanse finger and wound. Apply small amount of antibiotic cream and a small non-stick sterile gauze pad to any open skin cut or abrasion. Hold in place with small piece of adhesive tape. 2. Slide gauze tube over the end of the finger or toe to the base of the finger.
