For relief of occasional constipation. Generally produces a bowel movement in 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Insert suppository well up into rectum. Suppository need not melt completely to produce laxative action. Store in container tightly closed. Keep away from excessive heat. Single daily dosage: Adults and children 6 years and over: 1 suppository. Fleet Child Suppositories are available for children 2 to under 6 years.
Active: Glycerin, USP 2 g per suppository. Inactive: Edetate Disodium, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid.
May cause rectal discomfort or burning sensation. For rectal use only. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition; stop using this product and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, get medical help right away. Mouth of jar is sealed for safety. If foil imprinted with blue fleet emblem is broken or missing, do not use.
