Treats symptomatic pain from Chondromalacia Patella Syndrome, patellar tendonitis and Osgood-Schlatter's Disease. Provides the ideal in therapeutic support - conforming compression without restricting circulation. Strap applies uniform compression which helps guide the patella and improve tracking. Includes a viscoelastic insert that provides consistent and focused compression. Angulated buckles allow strap to reside properly for minimal migration in either inferior or superior applications. Reversible to superior position. See enclosed insert for more information. Durable, comfortable material ensures lasting wearability. Loop lock closures for easy, non-binding, adjustable fit. U-Point gel insert: focus pressure on the tendon below the kneecap. Universal fits 11 inch - 18 inch.

Stand or sit with leg straight. Undo one side of strap. Place the front portion of the strap just below or above the kneecap at the natural indentation. Feed strap through loop and fasten. Adjust both sides at once for a conforming fit. Loosen slightly if too tight.

This strap may be uncomfortable to wear if you have varicose veins crossing the knee joint. If you have poor circulation or are diabetic, wear strap only under medical supervision. Do not wear knee strap to bed. If you experience knee pain, consult your physician.
