Your toddler's health depends on carefully following these directions. Pour desired amount of water into cup or bottle. Add powder, stir cup well, or cap bottle and shake well. Use the following chart for correct amounts of water and powder. To make 6 oz: Use 6 fl oz water and 3 unpacked level scoops of powder (27.9 g). To make 8 oz: Use 8 fl oz water and 4 unpacked level scoops of powder (37.2 g). To make 1 quart: Use 29 fl oz water and 1 1/3 unpacked level measuring cups (135 g). Use scoop enclosed to measure powder. Feed immediately, or cover and refrigerate prepared formula. Use within 48 hours. Throw away prepared formula left in feeding bottle or cup within one hour after feeding. Storage: Store unopened cans at room temperature. After opening can, keep tightly covered, store in dry area and use contents within one month. Do not freeze powder or prepared formula. Avoid excessive heat. Use by date on the end of the can.

Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may result.
