Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to boil water for formula and bottle preparation. Clean can lid, shake can well, and open. Pour all formula into a clean container and combine with an equal amount of water. Shake or stir well. Feed immediately, or cover and refrigerate prepared formula. Use formula within 48 hours. Throw away formula left in feeding bottle or cup within one hour after feeding. Storage: Store unopened cans at room temperature. Do not freeze. Use by date on can end. Nutramigen does not look or taste like milk or soy formulas. It may separate in the refrigerator. Shake well before feeding.
