For Adults and Children 12 Years and Older: Clean and dry the site of pain. When ready to use, open pouch and remove patch. Peel back protective film from corner. Apply patch directly to the site of the pain. If needed, a new patch can be applied up to 3-4 times per day. For Children Under 12 Years of Age: Consult a physician. Store at room temperature.

Active Ingredients: Menthol (4.0%), Capsaicin (0.75%). Other Ingredients: Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Microcrystalline Wax, Petrolatum and Sterol Alcohol.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, lip, nose or any mucous membranes. Discontinue use if excessive redness, burning or discomfort of the skin develops. If pain worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not use with a heating pad or bandage tightly or cover with any type of wrap except clothing. Do not apply to open wounds, damaged or irritated skin. Do not leave patch on for more than 24 hours. If pregnant or breast feeding a baby, talk to a health care professional before using this or any drug. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children: Even used patches contain some medicine that can be harmful to children and pets. Be sure to fold adhesive ends together and throw away out of the reach of children and pets. If swallowed, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
