PURPOSE: Ball of Foot Cushions
Wipe inside of shoe clean. Remove clear plastic backing from bottom of cushion. Place cushions in forefoot area of each shoe, gel waves down, with the cushion tab under the big toe, as illustrated. If insole gets dirty, wipe clean.
