To remove child resistant cap, squeeze smooth sides of cap while turning. Reclose tightly. Ready to use. No mixing needed. Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Rinse or gargle for 30 seconds before or after brushing or as directed by a doctor or dentist. Children over 6 years old should be supervise in the use of this product. Children under 6: do not use. Consult your doctor.
