Helps prevent sunburn. If used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun. Provides blemish free broad spectrum UVA-UVB protection for adults and teens. Perfect for face, this lightweight formula is ideal for even the most sensitive skin. Sits invisibly on top of the skin and functions like thousands of mirrors to deflect UVA-UVB rays and help prevent pre-mature skin aging (fine lines, wrinkles, sagging, age spots), uneven skin tone and other serious problems. 100% free of chemical sunscreen ingredients, here's why: chemical sunscreens absorb UVA/UVB rays into the skin and transform the rays into heat, which can damage the dermis. 100% free of oils, fragrances, PABA, gluten, and phthalates. Non-comedogenic (won't clog pores). The ideal sunscreen for skin treated with benzoyl peroxide, tetracycline, tretinoin, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, azelaic acid and sulfur. Non-greasy. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water resistant product if swimming or sweating. Reapply: at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10:00 am - 2 pm; wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
