Before going to sleep, brush your teeth as you normally would. Apply a thin layer of Colgate Simply White Night one tooth at a time using an up and down motion. Re-dip the brush as needed. Do not rinse. There is no need to let dry. Simply white is quickly absorbed and whitens efortlessly as you drift off to sleep. For best results, do not eat or drink for 15 minutes.
