Citrucel Methylcellulose Fiber Therapy for Regularity, Clear-Mix - 36oz

1. Fill glass with at least 8 oz of cold non-carbonated beverage. 2. Fill enclosed scoop with product. Level scoop with knife or flat object. 3. Put product in beverage. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Adult Dose: Dissolve one leveled scoop (one heaping tablespoon - 11.5 g) in 8 oz of any cold non-carbonated beverage of your choice, up to 3 times daily at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Use enclosed clear scoop. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours. Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dose in 8 oz of any cold non-carbonated beverage of your choice once daily. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warnings. Store below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C). Active Ingredient (each (11.5 g) Adult Dose Contains): Methylcellulose (2 g) (a non-allergic fiber).
