Two Tablets Provide: 400 mg calcium, 40% of the U.S. recommended daily value for adults and children 4 or more years of age. Four Tablets Provide: 800 mg calcium, 80% of the U.S. recommended daily value for adults and children 4 or more years of age.
Take 1 to 2 tablets two times daily or as recommended by your physician, pharmacist or health professional. Store at room temperature. Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps maintain good bone health. High risk groups for osteoporosis include females, most especially White and Asian women. Most people ingest between 400 and 800 mg of calcium in their diet. Using an average dietary intake of 600 mg per day, Citracal may be used at the 2 tablet a day level to achieve the 1000 mg U.S. recommended daily value for calcium.
